1. Centrifugal fans are allowed to start with full pressure or step-down motor, but it should be noted that the current when starting with full pressure is almost 5 to 7 times the rated voltage, and the torque of step-down motor is proportional to the working voltage square meter. When the power grid volume is insufficient, you can choose to start with step-down.

2. When the centrifugal fan is in trial operation, you should study the product manual carefully to see if the wiring is the same as the wiring diagram; Carefully check whether the frequency of power supply reaches the standard, whether the switching power supply has broken phase or the same phase difference, and whether the volume of electrical components is in line with the regulations.

3. Don't be alone during the trial operation. You can control the power supply by one person, and check the operation status of the centrifugal fan by one person. If you find any abnormal situation, turn it off immediately for inspection. At first, it is necessary to see whether the direction of rotation is appropriate; After the centrifugal fan starts running, it should be checked immediately whether the current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated voltage; If there is any abnormal situation, it should be turned off for inspection; After five minutes of application, disconnect the power supply to see if there is any abnormality in the centrifugal fan, and then start the operation after confirming that there is no abnormality.
